Adoption of the 2026 Annual Budget

At the Budget Meeting held on April 1, 2026, the Board of Directors unanimously adopted the 2026 Annual Budget. Effective May 1, 2026, the new monthly assessment amount will be $634.11 per unit. Members are kindly reminded to update any automatic payments, bank bill-pay arrangements, or other recurring payment instructions to reflect the new assessment amount beginning with the May 2026 payment.
How to Update Your Payment
• Online Banking Bill Pay – If you pay through your personal bank’s online bill pay, please update the payment amount to $634.11 before May 1, 2026.
• Autopay (Accounting Edge / Truist Bank) – If you use Autopay through the Accounting Edge Portal with Truist Bank, your automatic payment should be adjusted from $476.00 to $634.11.
• Credit Card (Accounting Edge / Truist Bank) – If you pay by credit card through the Accounting Edge Portal with Truist Bank, please manually enter the new amount of $634.11.
New coupon books are on the way from Accounting Edge / Truist and should arrive within the next 2–3 weeks. Your account number will remain the same.
