Special Assessment for Drywood Termite Fumigation

At the Meeting held on April 22, 2026, the Board of Directors approved a special assessment to fund drywood termite fumigation for the following buildings: 13, 15, 20, 21, 35, 36, 37, 39, and 49.

The special assessment is $295.61 per unit, and is due on or before June 1, 2026. This treatment is necessary to protect the structural integrity of the affected buildings. Additional information regarding the fumigation schedule, and preparation requirements will be provided to affected unit owners and residents in a separate communication.
