Adoption of the 2026 Annual Budget

At the Budget Meeting held on April 1, 2026, the Board of Directors unanimously adopted the 2026 Annual Budget. Effective May 1, 2026, the new monthly assessment amount will be $634.11 per unit. Members are kindly reminded to update any automatic payments, bank bill-pay arrangements, or other recurring payment instructions to reflect the new assessment amount beginning with the May 2026 payment.

Adoption of the Amended & Restated Rules & Regulations

At the Board Meeting held on April 22, 2026, the Board of Directors unanimously adopted the Amended and Restated Rules and Regulations. All members are encouraged to carefully review the Rules and Regulations Handbook 2026, which contains the complete updated rules governing the community. 

Special Assessment for Drywood Termite Fumigation

Also at the Meeting held on April 22, 2026, the Board of Directors approved a special assessment to fund drywood termite fumigation for the following buildings: 13, 15, 20, 21, 35, 36, 37, 39, and 49.


The special assessment is $295.61 per unit, and is due on or before June 1, 2026. This treatment is necessary to protect the structural integrity of the affected buildings. Additional information regarding the fumigation schedule, and preparation requirements will be provided to affected unit owners and residents in a separate communication.
